DR. NILOTPAL CHAKRAVARTI
Ph.D. (Waterloo University)
Nilotpal received his PhD from the University of Waterloo, Canada, in the field of Operations Research (OR) in 1987. Subsequently he taught in the USA (Northern Illinois University, 1987-89) and India (Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, 1989-98). He has organized conferences, presented seminars and carried out collaborative research with colleagues in American, Canadian and Dutch universities.
Nilotpal served in the Sales and Revenue Management Department of Singapore Airlines from 1998-2001. His responsibilities in Singapore Airlines included monitoring the performance of the current revenue management system, suggesting and overseeing enhancements and providing directions for future development. In particular, he was involved in the development of an Origin-Destination Revenue Management System and initiatives to improve revenue management within the Star Alliance.
Since 2002 he has been a consultant. He has participated in projects in diverse areas including logistics, data analytics, forecasting, finance, human resource management, and revenue management. He has led the development of a Revenue Management system for one of India’s largest broadcasters and the largest low cost airline in the Middle East. He has also taught courses at the National University of Singapore and the SP Jain Institute of Management.

Sudipt is a quintessential strategy architect who specializes in finding data-driven solutions to business problems. His strength lies in being able to – distill the business challenge; apply appropriate quantitative techniques to the data; draw managerial insights to create actionable business strategies.
As someone who has straddled both industry and academia in his 25 years as a professional, Sudiptdraws on his hands-on experience and a researcher’s curiosity towards changing paradigm.
Till recently Sudipt was on the Marketing faculty at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Prior to joining the academia, he has been a sales and marketing professional for over a decade. He was the SBU Head for a US-based Fortune 200 company, leading a national sales force. Subsequently, he joined the Indian arm of a Swiss consulting company, and advised several large corporations on diverse business challenges.
An alumnus of IIT and IIM, Sudipt has a PhD in Quantitative Marketing from Washington University. He leverages his academic training and business experience to help corporates identify high-impact opportunities and strategize to get the desired results.

Krishna Pera has 25+ years of leadership experience in Consulting, IT, and KPO business entities. In his last assignment, Krishna was the Head of Global Business Services for Singapore listed Olam International, and prior to that he was the Chief-Operating Officer of Murugappa Group owned KPO specializing in digital content solutions. During his career, he has set-up and scaled several business units from scratch including one e-Commerce initiative, and successfully turned around one mid-sized services company.
Krishna has pioneering experience in setting-up and scaling Shared Services Centers (SSC) and Captive ODCs for Fortune-500 companies, including the first-ever in validated-environment, and is a frequent invitee to global conferences on Shared Services. Considered an expert in managing global roll outs of Enterprise Technologies like SAP, Oracle, i2-Supply Chain, Web Methods et.al, besides Six Sigma BB projects and Balanced Scorecard implementations, he worked across different industry verticals.
